Montrose Gold Team Sold Properties 

Over the last 6 years The Montrose Gold Team members Chris and Diane have sold nearly 24 million dollars worth of Real Estate.  This consisted of a variety of properties, land, residential, homes (although not exact there were approximately 224 Bathrooms and 358 Bedrooms and over 196,800 SF of living space.) 

2006 was our best year!  We weren't actually an official team until April of 2009, when we merged our efforts to bring you the best of what we both have to offer.

Although 2007, 2008 and 2009 weren't our best years, we have faired better than many Realtors who have "retired".    The overall market volume numbers are down ridiculously low, so with that in mind, we have faired relatively well.  We still have a couple deals that might sneak in for 2010, but it is unclear if we will get paid any more commissions in 2009 at this piont (12/14/09).  We have  a lease that should sign and fund for at least one year out of 20 years on the term...

We are still kicking and intend to make 2010 the best year yet, even if it is the worst market ever.
