Marketing and Advertising System -

While Every Listing is a little different in general we do the following to market our listings.

1.  Make sure we have good photos and information about the property so we can be sure it is presented in its "best: light" yet accurately.

2.  We enter your home or property into our MLS. (The CREN MLS)

3. We enter your home into CrestEdge (Century 21's international web site interface.)

4. We enter your listing into vFlyer which syndicates the data out to the internet.

5.  We place a sign in your yard or on your property (unless you don't want one for some reason)

6.  We install a lock box on your home to make it convenient to show.

7. We record showing instructions with our office so it is always available to be shown (from our standpoint).

8.  We run some print Ads in the Montrose Daily Press.

9.  We run some print Ads in the Real Estate Today - glossy magazine.
