PRIVACY POLICY & DISCLOSURES

 

All these sites are registered and owned by Chris Ormsbee part of the Montrose Gold Team.  Chris Ormsbee also has a Paypal account setup with Mountain Peak Sales as and Account name.   The technical company structures of various entities has not been setup at this time... Call for current accurate information (970) 209-0252 (That is my cellphone so no sales calls please).  My office is (970) 249-7777 x 22.  Call away but its my Real Estate office so be prepared to buy a property (haha).

Chris  uses Aweber to do his email list management for all of these sites and it is spam free double opt in lists and each message sent from aweber has the ability for a user to remove themselves from the list.  This remove button can be trusted.  Aweber has a great reputation in the business.

Chris  is trying to develop many lists of email addresses and potentially physical addresses and phone numbers.  These lists are only of value to either you my client or customer or me if they are somewhat focused in an area of interest.  I will always try to make this very clear what the area of interest or niche is for the list and I will try very hard to maintain that basic field with an occassional weird offer if I or my staff thinks it is exceptional information or an unbelievable value.  I will not sell or rent my email list.  I may send you something you don't want, but I won't let someone else mail my list... They have to go through me.  Still when you purchase from another affiliate retailer or take a free offer from another site they are likely signing you up for a list similar to what I want to build.  If you like that thing and want email, great, otherwise when you get the welcome, confirmation or thank you page, then you can unsubscribe with a link in that message.

Disclosure - Chris is wierd and

wants to make money off you!

Chris is very interested in internet marketing and sees it as a way to supplement his income selling Real Estate (kind of like Amway but less intrusive) and to hopefully even out the hills and valleys that are often associated with selling Real Estate.  Chris joins every affiliate program that will take him.  Chris uses Commission Junction, Link Share, Click Bank and other affiliate link programs to offer up products that he either thinks are interesting or might be of interest to you... and to some extent, because they approved me.  Some of these online retailers I have actually used, like Tiger Direct... I love Tiger Direct and have probably spent over 4,000 in the last three years on various computer equipment... I have also recommended them to tons of my best friends... So I feel totally comfortable sending you or anyone there.  Some of these others seem legitimate and real enough to where I would be comfortable buying from them, but I haven't yet due to cash flow.  Others are major established corporations that have both online and physical store presence.  So if you have an inclination to shop online and you find some of my banners or links interesting or even if you plan to purchase through my link to help me out, I appreciate it. 

I will make a small commission off of sales you make by clicking through to the online storefront of the retailer.  Some use cookies and while in general I don't have a clue what they track... They are hopefully tracking my "link id" which tells the retailer that I sent you, kind of like a coupon code.  Then if you have that cookie on your machine or directly purchase after clicking through, then I will get a small commission.  It might only be a couple bucks or it might be a lot... every product and incentive program is different.  (For real shipped products it usually ranges from 1-2% to a top of about 12%, usually with volume bonus rates, so if you tell all your friends to shop through tiger direct through my website... I could get rich (haha).

I really don't have an intense marketing system to "Sell You" at this point... It may evolve over time, but I never want to sell anyone anything they dont want.  So shop with caution, shop with pleasure, shop through my links please!  My real intention is to land you on a list, where i know what you are interested in and I can deliver it to you in a friendly convenient manner.

Chris is also working on several other websites for his kids, non-profits and other .varied interest that are continuing to blossum and grow... all of these sites are, should be or will be peppered with a variety of banner and text ads for products ranging from downloadable information products to physical goods you could pickup at Home Depot or Wal-mart.

 Ideas, Thoughts and Whatevers - Chris' diary on blogger ( http://ideasthoughtswhatevers.blogspot.com )he doesn't keep, with a few wacky ideas and thoughts woven in there... lots of conspiracy theorist kind of stuff.  (It is or should be peppered with affiliate ads - in case I get lucky).

Active Rain - Occassional link type ad, but usually out to external blog to hit people harder... to some extent I get the impression active rain wants to serve up the ads... I don't blame them its a great community they have developed.  Real people, Realtors, from all over sharing, caring and in some cases arguing...

SofiaLovesSoccer.com - My daughter Sofia Loves Soccer and she is always saying Daddy why are you always on the computer... I said cause I am trying to make money... She asked how and that is how we got Sofia Loves Soccer .com, but it was my very early stuff, needs attention and she has seemed relatively disinterested, but now with Yola, I think I might be able to revive her interest.  I obviously need to handle the cash and contractual end of any affiliate arrangements on this site as well.

SnowShadowGymnastics.com - My pet site for an old tenant of mine, who became a good friend.  Coach Bruce Kirk.  Eventually I will set him up with his own affiliate links or otherwise let him earn his own income from the site, but for now, since I am building and maintaining for no fee or charge, I am trying to make a couple bucks off of his site and natural traffic.  We should get AT LEAST his students to look at it.  Hopefully their parents (with the wallets)... It is always a chicken egg thing though, some of the biggest affiliate retailers, that might be appropriate often require a certain number of visitors etc...

Mountain Peak Sales website on Yola.  Will use to create catalog like pages of links e.g. furniture, makeup, jewelry, electronics, etc... and have pages of my affiliate ads with maybe an opinion or an  interesting picture or two.  a landing page and or a training experimental page to try links out.... I will systemetize more soon I hope and then will update this... LInks are kindof random at this point....
